Acceptance of Terms of Service

Throes of Creation (ToC) forum, affiliated websites and game (services) provides these services to you (also know as user) subject to these Terms of Service (TOS). The TOS may be changed by the senior staff of ToC at any time and without notification to you. The most current TOS can be viewed at http://throes.slayn.net/TOS.html and should be reviewed before each time any of the services are used. In order to stay current with the TOS you should check it each time you intend to use any of the ToC services, and if you disagree with the TOS, or the rules of any of the services, then user must delete all accounts on the services and stop using them. Usage of any of the services by user is acceptance by user that user agrees with the TOS and the rules set out in each of the services. User certifies that they are of legal age and ability to enter into this agreement. User agrees to not engage in illegal activity while using any of the services.

Services

Services provided by ToC include (but are not limited to nor will always contain) the web pages, forums and the online environment of the game engine of ToC. This content can be changed, modified or removed by ToC at any time without notice to the user. User accepts that they must provide their own internet access, software for access, game client software, applicable hardware, pay all their own access and other charges, and provide all other tools and capabilities needed for accessing the services other then those provided by ToC. ToC may occasionally be under scheduled or unscheduled service interruptions or otherwise incapable of providing the services set forth and user accepts that this happens without liability to ToC. ToC maintains the right to stop or deny services to any user, or all users, at any time for any reason (or no reason) and without liability. User accepts that some content may be provided by other users and that ToC is not responsible for this content and that this content is the sole responsibility of the other users. All content created by user while using services of ToC gives a non-revocable exclusive license by user to ToC and is done without compensation for the content generated by the user. User agrees and acknowledges that ToC can use, modify or delete this content without liability or notification.
